The problems in 1&1's mobile network are still continuing for some users: On Tuesday morning, some users are still reporting disruptions in Germany's newest mobile network. Those affected can no longer make calls or access the mobile Internet.
The 1&1 network was already disrupted for some users throughout Tuesday, as the reporting history at Allestörungen.de shows. According to 1&1, a software update that was rolled out on Monday night is responsible for the disruption.
The provider actually wanted to have the resulting problems under control during the course of the day. However, user complaints were still being received on Tuesday. 1&1 states that it is continuing to work on rectifying the problem - the company has not yet given a more detailed time frame. The 1&1 network is the fourth German mobile network and went into regular operation last December.
