Tatsächlich ist im Atomabkommen festgehalten, dass der Iran, sofern es weiterhin nuklear begründete Sanktionen gegen sein Land gibt, die Anreicherung fortführen darf. Das ist Bestandteil des Vertrages und somit kein Verstoß oder Bruch dessen.

Sollte somit ein Militärschlag als Gegenreaktion erfolgen ist dieser in allen Belangen illegal und in keinem Fall mit einem Verstoß gegen den noch bestehenden Vertrag zu begründen.
