The Document Foundation tritt OASIS bei
In dem Standardisierungsorgan wollen sichdie LibreOffice-Entwickler vor allem um das Open Document Format (ODF) kümmern.
Die LibreOffice [1]-Entwickler sind dem Standardisierungsorgan OASIS (Organisation for the Advancement of Standards in Information Society) [2] beigetreten. Hier will sich die Document Foundation [3] vor allem der Weiterentwicklung des Open Document Format (ODF) [4] widmen und die Interessen der LibreOffice-Community vertreten. Schon zuvor war das Projekt schon durch einzelne Mitglieder und Firmen wie Novell, die das LibreOffice-Projekt unterstützen, an der OASIS beteiligt. Mit der Document Foundation beteiligt sich nun auch die Stiftung als Ganzes. ()
