The various tests all follow the same pattern. After selecting a test procedure, a wizard explains the procedure that you carry out on the device. At the end, you will receive a more or less detailed results report. !!!
Some tests can only be carried out when the device is in front of you. For example, the screen test, where you have to look for defective pixels while the display shows different colors. But you also have to check the camera, touchscreen, speaker and other interaction elements on site. In this case, the assistant explains what the user should pay attention to (e.g. the sound sequence from the speaker) or how they should behave during the test (e.g. touching the screen). If you want to have a used device tested remotely, the seller must cooperate.

The diagnosis does not have any negative consequences: Once all (desired) tests have been completed, the device reboots into the operating system after a restart and behaves as it always has. If a hardware defect is detected, a repair may of course be necessary. Technically experienced users who have sufficient knowledge and experience in repairing electronic devices can even do this themselves via the SSRP. However, you should follow the instructions carefully when carrying out the repair. Amateurs should give priority to ambitious hobbyists.
