Google Essentials: App bundle comes pre-installed on HP PCs

Tech giant Google has announced a new app called Essentials, which bundles various applications and will be delivered pre-installed on Windows PCs. It includes Google Photos, Messages, the productivity apps Google Docs, Drive and Calendar as well as a game app.
For new users, there will also be an offer for a two-month trial subscription for 100 GB of cloud storage in Google's One service. The app will initially be available on new Windows computers from HP. The consumer and gaming PC series Spectre, Envy, Pavilion, OMEN and Victus will be the first; computers in the Omnibook series will also soon be equipped with the Essentials app.
In the coming months, more Windows desktops and laptops with the Essentials app will follow, Google promises in the announcement. Anyone who does not want the pre-installed app from the search engine giant can also uninstall it at any time.
