iWork apps: Updates for Pages, Numbers and Keynote
Apple has updated its office applications – to match iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and macOS 15. There are a number of convenience improvements.

Apple has also updated its office applications this week to make them fit for iOS 18, iPadOS and macOS 15. All three iWork components have been updated for all platforms – including visionOS for Keynote. This mainly involves minor improvements and greater convenience.
Changing tools with the Pencil Pro
In Numbers 14.2, you can now use the Pencil Pro pressure gesture on iPadOS to switch between tools, line thicknesses and colors. On iPhone and iPad, there is a new document view for quickly creating tables and finding older documents. Finally, there are other bug fixes and performance improvements. The Mac version 14.2 only provides these, no other new features.

Presenting with the Apple Watch
Keynote 14.2 for iPad and iPhone allows you to scroll through slides during presentations using Apple Watch (watchOS 11 and higher)$, which is possible using the double-tap gesture with your finger (on compatible devices). HDR images and HDR films can be output on compatible devices. The Pencil Pro can also be used to change tools, and the new document view is also available.
Keynote 14.2 for Mac gets HDR support with macOS 15, presentation playback during a FaceTime conference (also macOS 15 only) and fixes bugs and delivers performance improvements. All three iWork apps are free for users to use. They also include an online component via iCloud.com. iWork runs on Mac from macOS 14 Sonoma, on iPhone and iPad it must be iOS 17. watchOS support is available from version 10. For Keynote, Apple writes that you can also control presentations on the Vision Pro using Apple Watch. However, Apple Pencil Pro support is only intended for the iPad, even if it is listed in the visionOS section. Pages and Numbers are not yet adapted to the Vision Pro; the iPad version is used instead.
