Registriert hatte ich mich bei Mustek, um benachrichtigt zu werden,
wenn es Treiber für Windows 2000 und dem Paragon 1200SP Scanner gibt
.... Diese "Zuvorkommende" Meldung vom Spitzen Treiberservice von Mustek
bekam ich gestern :

Subject: W2K 1200IIISP Driver

Valued Mustek Customer,

Recently our software developers in Taiwan have announced the final
driver
releases for products that will be supported with Windows 2000
Professional. Unfortunately, the 1200 III SP scanner will not be
supported
in the Windows 2000 environment. This product will only be
compatible with
the operating systems listed in the product specifications and on
the
product packaging.

Mustek is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and we
encourage our
customers who need imaging for Windows 2000 to consider purchasing
another
model of scanner that already lists Windows 2000 compatibility in
its
product specifications.
