The standard version of "Anno 117" costs 60 euros, while various collector's editions with physical and digital goodies are also available. The Gold Edition for 90 euros is particularly exciting: in addition to the main game, it also includes a Season Pass, which includes the first three DLCs for "Anno 117".
The predecessor "Anno 1800" received numerous such DLCs, which significantly expanded the scope of the game over the years. The pre-order editions are the first direct confirmation from Ubisoft that "Anno 117" will also be supplied with additional packs. Ubisoft has also announced the contents of the first three DLCs so that you don't have to buy the Season Pass blindly.
The third DLC takes you to Egypt
As with "Anno 1800", the Season Passes consist of two smaller and one larger DLC. With the first DLC, you can discover new islands and "new territories" – There is also talk of a "smoking mountain". The suspicion is that, similar to Cape Trelawney for "Anno 1800", you can explore a new world map and colonize a particularly large island on which a volcano can apparently be found.
DLC 2 comes with a new monument: the racecourse. The third, largest DLC of the package will be particularly exciting: it goes to the "golden land of the pyramids", writes Ubisoft. This means that Egypt will be the first completely new region in "Anno 117". Such regions usually come with their own civilization levels, goods and game mechanics.

Whether further DLCs will be added will depend largely on the financial success of "Anno 117". However, Ubisoft's Creative Director Manuel Reinher said in an interview with heise online that "Anno 117" will be particularly extensive at launch: "It will be a fully-fledged, great Anno with hundreds of hours of gameplay, even at launch."
