Google brings Flow for Veo and AI Ultra subscription to Germany

Google's generative video model Veo is currently available in version 3. In the future, it will be possible to use it with Google's Flow. The tool should lead to enhanced and improved results from Veo. Among other things, Gemini works in the background to achieve this.

On the one hand, the AI model processes the prompts so that they are better implemented. In addition, Flow primarily offers functions for editing videos. For example, you can control the camera, i.e., determine angles and perspectives. The Screnebuilder can be used to edit and extend recordings and create smooth transitions and consistent characters in subsequent scenes. Elements and prompts can be recorded and organized in the asset management.

Google is also releasing Flow TV, an ever-growing collection of short videos and content designed to inspire others as well as guide learning. Meta also has such a category in the standalone Edits app, which can be used to edit videos. Videos that are current and popular are shown there. It is very reminiscent of a social media feed.

Google's Ultra subscription for 275 euros

Flow is available for Google AI Pro subscribers. This allows a total of around 100 videos to be generated in one month. Google AI Ultra is now available as a new subscription in Germany. It costs 274.99 euros per month and includes the highest limits for video generation, although Google does not specify how many videos this is. This subscription also has the lowest limits for Gemini, NotebookLM, and other AI services. An ad-free YouTube and 30 ZB of storage space for photos, Drive, and emails are also included.

All AI providers are currently launching more expensive subscription models on the market. Most recently, xAI announced a subscription for 300 US dollars; OpenAI is also at 200 US dollars per month, as is Perplexity Max. Only significantly limited versions of the AI models and services are still offered free of charge.
