Steam users can currently get "Graveyard Keeper" for free: The management game in the style of "Stardew Valley" is temporarily reduced by 100 percent. Once it's in your library, you can play it for free permanently. The offer is valid until April 13th at 7 p.m. The DLCs remain subject to charge.
In „Graveyard Keeper“, players build farms, automate production chains with the help of zombies, and complete quests for villagers to restore a graveyard. The game is an attempt to refresh the gameplay of "Stardew Valley" with provocative humor and a touch of factory management. "Graveyard Keeper" never quite reaches the quality of its high-quality predecessor, but it is still entertaining for many hours. 92 percent of Steam users recommend the title.
Usually, "Graveyard Keeper" is offered for around 20 euros, but it was regularly available for 4 euros during sales. Those who want the complete package must spend a total of 30 euros for DLCs. It is advisable to have some patience: The three DLCs are also regularly offered at a steep discount.

Part 2 announced
With the free offer for "Graveyard Keeper", the developers of the Lithuanian studio Lazy Bear Games also want to draw attention to the second part, which has just been announced. "Graveyard Keeper 2" adds army management and tower defense elements to the gameplay. Production chains still need to be set up. The developers have not yet announced an exact release date, but the title is expected to be launched this year.

PC games are not regularly offered for free on Steam – unlike the Epic Games Store, the market leader does not have a rotating free offer. However, individual developers are free to give away their titles. Daedalic recently used this opportunity to offer the first "Deponia" part for free. As a rule, developers hope to hook new players with free offers in order to then sell them sequels, in-game items, or DLCs.
