Update available: IT security solution IBM QRadar SIEM is vulnerable
IBM has closed several security gaps in various components of QRadar SIEM.

Attackers can attack IBM's IT security solution QRadar SIEM and eavesdrop on connections as a man-in-the-middle, for example. A version secured against this is available for download.
Many components vulnerable
According to a warning message, the vulnerabilities can be traced back to various components such as Linux kernels that QRadar SIEM uses. The majority of the vulnerabilities are rated"medium". In most cases, attackers can carry out DoS attacks.

The developers state that they have fixed the components in the IBM QRadar SIEM release 7.5.0 UP9 IF02. All editions from 7.5 up to and including 7.5.0 UP9 IF01 are said to be threatened by the vulnerabilities.
