Arrow Lake: Intel's Core Ultra 200 to be released at the end of October
Intel's Arrow Lake processors for desktop PCs are to be released a little later than expected. One store is already listing them.
The first CPU generation for the LGA1700 – platform will be discontinued in October.

The first desktop processors from the Arrow Lake alias Core Ultra 200 family should be available in a month and a half. Specifically, the market launch is scheduled for October 24 – one week later than recently announced.
This is what the website HKEPC writes on its own X account. Especially in the past, HKEPC had many correct leaks; only in recent years has the website become quieter.
Intel usually starts with the K models and their F versions without an integrated graphics unit. In the case of Arrow Lake, this would be the Core Ultra 9 285K(F), Core Ultra 7 265K(F) and Core Ultra 5 245K(F).
These are joined by Z890 mainboards with the new LGA1851 CPU socket – the LGA1700 platform has been phased out after three years. Intel introduced it in October 2021 with Z690 mainboards, together with the Core i-12000 Alder Lake CPUs. This was followed by Raptor Lake (Core i-13000) with additional E cores and larger caches. The Core i-14000 was just a higher clocked new edition.

Already listed in the UK
The British store Lambdatek already lists five Alder Lake processors, only the Core Ultra 9 285KF is missing. The preliminary prices range from 336 euros for the Core Ultra 5 245KF to 666 euros for the Core Ultra 9 285K (without F). At the lower end, the listings are therefore already below the recommended retail prices of the Core i5-14000; at the upper end, they are slightly above the RRP of the Core i9-14000. However, the actual recommended retail prices for Arrow Lake could differ significantly.
The British store ICPC Computers also listed the processors meanwhile, but has removed them from its own website. The Core Ultra 200 has not yet appeared in Germany.
