Selfie monitor with magnet from Rollei
It is well known that the iPhone selfie camera does not produce the best pictures. An additional screen should remedy this.
Selfie-Montior from Rollei: Latency should be decent.

If you want to take a video or photo of yourself, you normally use the front camera on the iPhone: you can then see straight away whether you are in the picture correctly. However, you are not using the best camera that the smartphone has to offer: the rear image sensors (up to three on Pro models) deliver a higher quality. Camera accessory brand Rollei has now recognized the problem and will soon be launching a mini monitor on the market that can be attached to the back of the iPhone using a magnet (i.e., Apple's MagSafe). The result: you can also see yourself with the “real” cameras and adjust the image correctly.
Just under 4 inches for selfies
The new Rollei device is simply called the Selfie Monitor from the “Easy Creator” series and can already be pre-ordered. The screen is a 3.97 inch IPS LCD panel. The resolution and brightness of 800 x 480 pixels at 400 candela are not very high, but should be sufficient for the purpose. The connection is made via P2P screen mirroring, which is triggered via Bluetooth – using the frequency range around 5.8 GHz. A latency of 40 ms is specified. It initially remained unclear which iPhone models were supported.

To control the screen, the mirror mode must be selected in the Control Center. No other apps are required to control the display; the system simply forwards the existing screen content in full screen. The display includes a loudspeaker and should last around three hours when fully charged (battery with 4.81 Wh at 1300 mAh and 3.7 V). The weight is 180 grams.
Wireless range of 50 meters
In addition to the selfie monitor itself, the packaging contains a USB-C connection cable, which is also used for charging, and a “magnetic ring sticker”. The latter is intended for Android devices that do not have MagSafe. Incidentally, Rollei has not obtained official MagSafe approval, but the magnet appears to be sufficiently strong. The wireless range is up to 50 meters, so the iPhone can also be monitored from a distance.
There are brightness and volume buttons on the outside of the screen as well as a remote release button (via Bluetooth), which can also be used to adjust the aspect ratio. The image can also be rotated if desired. The price for the Selfie Monitor is currently 69 euros during the pre-order phase. The hardware will later cost 100 euros.
