Supercar in the living room: new app for Vision Pro makes it possible
Apple's headset offers high resolution and is graphically powerful. A developer is now utilising this for a virtual car museum.

Car fans with Vision Pro can now bring some of the most famous supercars into their living room (or wherever they wear the headset). The developer PSQV AB has launched Caradise, a free app in the visionOS App Store that contains detailed models. These can then be "walked on," viewed in detail, and brought to life in pass-through reality.
Three cars included free of charge
The app includes the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale (model from 1967-1969), Aston Martin Vanquish (from 2025), and Bugatti Type 57 SC Atlantic (model from 1936-1938). If you want more, you can unlock six more vehicles for a one-off Euro 7 with the “Classic Icons” package. These are the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL (1954-1957), two Porsches (356 A Speedster from 1955 to 1958, 959 from 1986 to 1993), a Beetle (1938), a Jaguar XKSS from 1957, and a Jeep Wrangler (from 1987).
In addition to the actual model, which can also be viewed from the inside, the statistics and history are also listed, plus galleries with 3D photos of the vehicles “in action.” The level of detail is very high, and, as is usual with Vision Pro, the lighting conditions of the surroundings, including mirror effects, are also included, allowing a realistic representation. The app uses Apple's shared space technology.

A “Spatial Car Museum”
It is still unclear whether PSQV AB will implement further vehicles for Caradise in the future. The technical requirements for the necessary 3D scanning are high; the provider is likely to integrate them into the software via additional packages as in-app purchases. The cars can be freely positioned in space, enlarged, reduced in size, and even displayed to fill the room. The aim is to create a “Spatial Car Museum,” writes the manufacturer.
“Every curve, every surface, and every material has been meticulously recreated to provide unrestricted access to these masterpieces of engineering and design,” the makers say floridly. The app with the standard models is 2.4 GB in size, and those who buy the “Classic Icons” package will probably end up with a total of around 10 GB. The app is currently only available in English and was developed in Sweden. visionOS 26 must be running on the headset; older versions cannot be used.
