Owners of iPhones from the 16 and 17 series can inductively charge their devices with up to 25 watts on compatible chargers thanks to Qi2.2 support from iOS 26 onwards. The iPhone Air still manages 20 watts. Apple accessory specialist Nomad has now added two suitable stations to its product line, which can power not only iPhones but also accessories.
AirPods and iPhone
The Stand One is designed as a 2-in-1 “hub.” It can simultaneously power an iPhone and AirPods with wireless charging. The maximum inductive charging power for iPhone 16 and 17 is possible via Qi2 with 25 watts (which is also referred to as the aforementioned Qi2.2). AirPods are powered via Qi, meaning with a maximum of 5 watts. The housing is made of metal, and the charging surfaces are covered with glass or plastic. A rubber material on the underside is intended to prevent slipping. At 575 grams, the Stand One is quite heavy.

iPhones can be placed both vertically and horizontally (for the standby mode). Nomad sells two colors: silver (towards white) and "carbide" (towards black). The price of 109 euros is quite high, plus 9 euros for shipping costs. Unfortunately, a power adapter is not included, only a USB-C cable. For maximum charging performance, you need to purchase a 40-watt power supply separately; Nomad itself sells these starting at 25 euros.
Maximum Stand with Three Charging Surfaces
The Stand One Max is wider than the Stand One and designed as a 3-in-1 “hub.” In addition to the iPhone and AirPods, an extra charging surface (folded up) is available for the Apple Watch. Depending on the shape of its strap, it must be opened so that the AirPods can also fit behind it. According to Nomad, the Apple Watch charges “quickly” with the Stand One Max – Fast Charging is supported from the Ultra or Series 7 and SE 3 onwards.
The device is available in the colors of the Stand One and weighs 875 grams. Here too, despite the price of 149 euros (plus 9 euros shipping), a necessary power adapter is missing; at least 40 watts are required. Standby mode support is present, the iPhone can be placed vertically or horizontally, and the camera area remains free (as with the Stand One). Stand One and Stand One Max are expected to be available in the coming weeks. The Stand One Max is already available for pre-order.
