Four weeks before Germany's largest hacker congress, a first version of the program with over 160 talks is available. However, some surprises remain.

"How can broken and planet-devouring processes be power-cycled to rethink them in a new and more sustainable way?" The Chaos Computer Club aims to get to the bottom of this and many other questions at its 39th annual congress under the motto "Power Cycles". The club is now presenting the first version of the congress schedule: over 160 talks await guests in seven thematic tracks.
The Congress Center Hamburg (CCH) is home to the largest fixed-seated hall in the Hanseatic city –. Its 3000 seats are likely to be in high demand, as in previous years, to listen to talks ranging from Bluetooth hacking to the traditional CCC year-end review (28.12., 4:35 PM) after the opening ceremony (27.12., 10:30 AM)). In the other three halls of the CCH, a diverse program from seven areas also takes place: CCC & Community, Ethics, Society & Politics, Art & Beauty, Hardware, Science and, of course, Security.
Kangaroo fans will also get their money's worth this year: The character of author Marc-Uwe Kling, together with his creator and CCC spokesperson Linus Neumann, calls for "Digital Independence Day" on the opening day from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM.

Surprise talks at the sold-out 39C3
As usual for the schedule, the organizers reserve the right to make changes and promise some last-minute surprises: Several talks will only be announced shortly before the congress begins, so the schedule is still an alpha version. And beyond the main stages, further events will take place in the Assemblies and throughout the CCH, which will be announced in the "Hub", the central wiki of the congress.
The 39C3 will take place from December 27th to 29th, 2025 in Hamburg. The event is completely sold out; at best, individual returned tickets might still be available on the ticket market.
