Apple Event: Will products be released over several days again?
On March 4th, the next Apple event will take place – albeit in a novel format. The question now is when which products will be presented.

The next Apple event is scheduled: For March 4th, a Wednesday, Apple has invited to the "Special Apple Experience" – not in Cupertino, as usual, but in New York City, London, and Shanghai. Some selected journalists and various influencers will be present. The question now is what release strategy the company will pursue this time. There are currently several predictions regarding this. It seems at least clear that more than just one new product will be released – possibly the presentation will extend over several days.
One product per day
This idea is not new to Apple. For example, in 2024 there was already a "Mac Week", where new models were introduced piece by piece over several days, each with relatively short videos. It is unclear whether something similar will happen this time or if the company will simply announce the products via press release and website. It is conceivable that the new products will be released on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, to then conclude with the aforementioned "Experience". Such an event already took place at the end of January in Los Angeles – albeit with disappointing novelty. A group of influencers from all over the world was allowed to see the Apple Creator Studio and then, among other things, put together a dance video. However, no new hardware was shown.

Apple blogger John Gruber, who has built up good connections with Apple over many years but recently clashed with Cupertino due to Siri delays, expects a step-by-step release. He estimates that an iPhone 17e might be released on Monday, new tablets (iPad Air M4 and 11th generation standard model) on Tuesday, and as a highlight on Wednesday, a new entry-level MacBook with iPhone chip (A18 Pro) could be released – plus new MacBook Pro models with M5 Max and M5 Pro. Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman sees it similarly. There will be "no real keynote."
What was released in previous years
As a reminder: "Mac Week" saw the release of new iMacs, new Mac mini models, and MacBook Pro revisions. These were quite significant upgrades – for example, Apple further reduced the size of the mini and equipped it with M4 and M4 Pro. During the "Experience" week, accessory products might also be released, such as new Studio Display screens and Home products.
What is clear is that with a day-by-day release, Apple would have more time for it – and it would allow the company to stay in the media longer. In 2019, new products were also shown day by day, including new iPads, new iMacs, and AirPods.
