iWork: Updates for functions in new operating systems
Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for iPhone, iPad and Mac receive improvements that make them fit for iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4 and macOS 15.4.

Apple has updated the sub-programs of its iWork office suite. Pages, Numbers and Keynote are now explicitly ready for iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4 and macOS 15.4 – and therefore specifically for the internationalization of Apple Intelligence, including the German version.
Keynote and Numbers with more intelligence
The Keynote presentation program in version 14.4 on iPhone and iPad can now edit texts directly in presentations using the Writing Tools and export presentations directly using the Shortcuts app. Compatibility with Freeform (copy and paste) has also been improved. All of this requires at least iOS and iPadOS 18.4. The new functions in Keynote 14.4 on the Mac correspond to those of the mobile version. Here too, macOS 15.4 is a minimum requirement.
The spreadsheet application Numbers can also edit texts directly with the Apple Intelligence writing tools in version 14.4 on iPad, iPhone and Mac. Export via the Shortcuts app is also possible and the Freeform connection has been optimized. There are also 30 new "advanced" functions, including LET, FILTER, SORT and INDIVIDUAL. Numbers also handles the import and export of Excel files better. Formula results can also be displayed across multiple cells using a distribution array.
iPad with Pages stream, improved insertion of new pages
Version 14.4 of the word processor Pages has also been released for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Here you can also edit texts directly in the document with the AI writing tools, you can insert additional pages into a word processing document more quickly, export using the shortcuts app and freeform compatibility has also been optimized here.
On the iPad, there is also a new "continuous stream" view in Pages that adapts text, images and other elements to the respective screen. All iWork apps are offered free of charge by Apple and can be downloaded immediately via the Mac App Store when purchasing an iPhone, iPad or Mac if you have provided your Apple ID. Apple Intelligence requires an M1 on the Mac, on the iPhone it starts with the iPhone 15 Pro and on the iPad mini with the A17 Pro.
